Hence, as qualified builders with more than a quarter of a century’s experience behind us, we offer to share our hard-earned expertise with fellow builders.
Through the years we have learned that technical expertise was not enough. We came to realise the importance of time management, as well as effective communication and negotiation when executing a building project.
As a result, we began concentrating on developing our management expertise as well. We have finally reached the point where we feel confident to offer assistance regarding Project, as well as Site Management to other builders.
(Very simply put: a Project Manager creates a project plan and a Site Manager manages the implementation of said plan on-site.)
